Body and Appearance

Akio stands at about 6', and is a little toward the thin side, but toned.

Only three hundred or so. He's still relatively young. He looks to be in his twenties.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?

Depends. In 'Butler-mode', he carries himself incredibly well. Otherwise, he'll slouch all day.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?

He's fairly fit! However, his health is always great.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?

Fluid. Despite his usually casual appearance, it's almost as if his movements are choreographed.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?

Akio is definitely attractive, and he knows it well. Helps lure in the ladies!

Clear.

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.

Black with a dark red streak from his left bangs up through the back, fairly soft, and usually either let down or in a ponytail of sorts.

Dark blue.

Not really. His eyes glow softly when it's totally dark or when he's using his special abilities, though.

None.

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?

His work attire consists of a nice suit and tie, polished shoes and the like. Casual? Jeans, t-shirts, basically less-fancy. As for colors, he prefers darker colors and whites.

Yes.

14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?

No. Differences are listed above. Sometimes he may still be out and about in his butler attire though.

Akio doesn't know when to shut up. While he doesn't talk super fast, he can just go on and on if you let him.

Nothing of note.

Japanese, English, and a little bit of French although he's not really fluent in that yet.

It depends on what language whomever he's speaking to is more comfortable with.

Ha, he very rarely thinks before he speaks.

Somewhere in the middle.



Mental and Emotional

Despite his laid-back attitude, he's actually quite smart! It's about an even mix of book and street smarts.

Akio thinks on his feet.

He operates in that little grey area that encompasses all of those.

Self-taught.

Death, obviously. Other than that, he's a good flirt. He likes learning more about humans and the other odd races of the world. They always seem to have something new he can learn.

Leaning towards extrovert.

Akio's pretty mild and laid-back for the most part, and tries his best to be cheerful. Sure, he can brood like the rest of 'em, but that's not attractive.

Curious, if not enthusiastic.

Act.

He finds fighting to be a little barbaric, but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Humans tend to have some interesting jokes. Sadly, his tend to be on the darker side of things.

No.

13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?

Well, he was pretty bored until he was basically sent to check out a necromancer. Yuu actually turned out to be a good necromancer, and not intent on creating an army of the undead or some kind of skeletal monstrosity. They ended up forming a pact.

Losing the few people he actually really cares about.

15. What are his hopes or aspirations?

Honestly, Akio just wants to kick back and see what cool things humanity can do. And pray they don't destroy the planet with their bickering.

16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?

The fact he's actually a death god would probably be a shocker to most.

There are a number of other Shinigami out there, who he technically considers his siblings.

Yuu and Amaya Ishikawa are practically family to him. Yuu's the necromancer he has a pact with. Amaya's more or less his charge. Who knows what would happen to the poor snake-girl if he weren't around to do her grocery shopping and whatnot.

5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?

Yuu, definitely. They met because other Shinigami believed a necromancer was naught but trouble.

6. Does he have other close friends?

Amaya would be the next closest, considering he's known her since she was a wee little thing.

7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?

He gets along well enough with most people, although he has few he would actually consider friends. It's hard to keep friends when you know you're going to outlive them all.

Seeing as Akio doesn't technically have family...friends.

Single~

Nah.

Do you expect him to keep track?

The concept of actual romance is practically foreign to him. Akio can't exactly have a long relationship with most people without them realizing that he doesn't age.

No.

Not that he's aware of!

Akio is a firm 0. He's only interested in women.

It's a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. It's something Akio's grown to enjoy immensely since mingling with humans.

Foreplay, for sure. Akio loves foreplay, whether that be just groping and teasing, or going down on his partner.

Well. He kind of is a god of sorts? Not of the sort that's typically worshiped, but he does keep up with human beliefs out of a sort of curiosity.

While Akio is a god of death, he has an immense respect for life. He's seen what many mortals have done with their lives, both good and bad. However, he's operates in a mostly good area, and won't outright do anything one might consider 'evil'.

Tolerant. Let other believe what they will.

5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them?

Akio doesn't really hold any prejudices against anything.



Daily Life

He's well off, despite not needing money. Yuu left him a fair amount when he faked his death.

Almost nonexistent, save for a number of bars and clubs. Akio plays it pretty low-key for the most part.

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others?

He has a room in Yuu/Amaya's mansion, although it's basically just a place to crash. It's a pretty fancy-ish place.

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?

Booze, fast food, and things for pretty ladies~

5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?

He's a Shinigami, so he kind of ends people's lives. Otherwise, by day he's a reclusive snake-girl's teasing butler. He has fun with the latter, although he takes the former pretty seriously.

Women, trying new foods, and a little karaoke here and there even though he's terrible at it.

7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?

Akio will eat whenever he has the opportunity, even though he doesn't have to. At least 3 meals a day, plenty of snacks. Yes, he enjoys his alcohol, and for food, he's not picky. Just nothing that looks or smells like its gone bad.
